Local Realtors are getting a glimpse into who’s buying homes in Austin thanks to a new statewide report. The Texas Association of Realtors released its 2017 Homebuyers and Sellers Report, which looked at the changing demographics of homebuyers across the Lone Star State. That includes in the Austin area, where 29,569 homes were sold in 2016, according to the Austin Board of Realtors.
