Jane Fonda has given her wallet a workout. The aerobics queen, actress, and activist recently purchased a brand-new four-bedroom townhome in L.A.’s Century City, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The home sold for $5.45 million, according to public records. Susan Smith of Hilton & Hyland was the listing agent.
Fonda will enjoy 6,679 square feet of living space, including a large kitchen, family room with a private courtyard on the ground floor, and three-car garage.

Up one level are master suites and two guest rooms, and a third floor features an outdoor patio and office. We’re thinking all those stairs will be great cardio.
Not to worry: The townhome comes with a private elevator.
According to the Times, the 79-year-old will possibly share a few laughs with comedian Bob Newhart, who purchased a townhome in the same gated community last year.
The actress listed a $13 million Beverly Hills home in January, shortly before announcing a split from her boyfriend Richard Perry. Since then, the house vanished from the market without any word of a sale.
The A-lister may not have much time to relax in her new spread: She’s been busy promoting her Netflix series, “Grace and Frankie,” with co-star Lily Tomlin.
