Metro Milwaukee closed out the first quarter of 2017 with a 3.9 percent increase in home sales compared with the same period of last year, but a lack of inventory on the market continues to be a concern. The Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors released its March sales data for the four-county area on Tuesday, showing a 5.2 percent increase for the month.
