Condominium prices on Maui rose by 12 percent in 2018 as sales increased by 14 percent, while single-family homes saw more modest single-digit increases, according to statistics from the Realtors Association of Maui. The median price of a condo on Maui for all of 2018 was $500,000, which was 12.4 percent higher than the median price for 2017, which was $445,000.
