Fewer homes, rising prices define Milwaukee metro's housing market in 2018

In 2018, home buyers in the Milwaukee metro had fewer options for available housing when compared with the previous year, according to year-end data from the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors. The region's dwindling housing supply, coupled with a rise in demand, forced those buyers to pay a significantly higher price than buyers did a year ago.
