Columbus ranked No. 1 for the decline in home flipping

Home flipping is down sharply in Columbus, according to an annual report from realtor.com. The city recorded an 18.8 percent drop in home flipping from July through September last year, compared with the same period in 2017, a steeper decline than in any of the country's 200 major markets. That's despite lower median home prices than many of the other cities on the list, including Portland, Seattle, San Diego and Miami.
