The Vegas Golden Knights goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury is selling his lovely Las Vegas home for $2.5 million.

Built in 2015, the 5,200-square-foot home has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. But it’s the refined details that really make this contemporary home a showstopper.

It offers the perfect mix of exterior privacy and interior openness, making it an ideal family retreat. Extras include the dining room with a barrel ceiling in herringbone-patterned brick, the family room with double pocket doors that open to the back yard, which features a sweet casita and gorgeous pool.

The home’s muted color palette combined with its trendy touches beautifully marries upscale living with comfort and fun, making this a great option for family fun or a gambler needing a reprieve from the bright lights of the Strip.

Fleury and his wife, Veronique, bought the home from former NHL star Sheldon Souray in August 2017.

Fleury acclimated quickly to his new home in Nevada and with the new Golden Knights franchise, leading the team to the Stanley Cup Finals in its first season of existence.

Fleury previously patrolled the pipes for the Pittsburgh Penguins, winning three Stanley Cups along the way. After the Penguins didn’t protect him in the expansion draft, he was selected by the Golden Knights in June 2017.

His time with the Knights has been golden thus far. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Fleury has become the face of the franchise, bringing hockey to a desert thirsty for professional sports.
