Chart-topping R&B singer Trey Songz is relisting his two-bedroom waterfront condo in Miami, after the island’s community association sued him over unpaid maintenance fees since October.

In late March, the Brickell Key Master Association sued Songz for $1,722 in unpaid fees and interest, according to The Dirty. The homeowners association asked the judge to sign off on the unit’s foreclosure, with any proceeds going to pay off the delinquent fees first.

On Monday, Luxe Properties Realtor® Wesley Ulloa said Songz was selling the unit himself, and that he had resolved his legal issues with the HOA. The HOA declined to comment.

Songz, 32, bought the 1,626-square-foot condo at the 34-floor Courts at Brickell Key building in 2010 for $437,000. A little over a year ago, the singer listed the unit for $1.05 million. He steadily dropped the price in 2016, and eventually relisted the property for $750,000 this week.

Ready to leave this unit in his rear view, Songz bought a unit at the nearby Brickell Heights building, which opens to the public soon.

The condo he’s selling opens to an open-concept living room with marble flooring, surround-sound speakers, and a floor-to-ceiling tiled accent wall. The living room opens to a balcony overlooking Biscayne Bay and other luxury high-rises. The galley kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, dark cabinets, and stone countertops. The kitchen opens to a side room that Songz had turned into a home office. There’s a large dining area with a tray ceiling.

The master bedroom has dark wood flooring, floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, and a balcony. The master bath has a double vanity, dark tiling, separate toilet, and walk-in shower. Elsewhere, there’s a walk-in closet. Courts at Brickell Key is located on a triangular manmade island a short drive from downtown Miami.

In late March, Songz released his seventh studio album, “Tremaine,” titled after his given name, Tremaine Neverson. His work frequently pops up on the Billboard Top 100, with his 2010 collaboration with Nicki Minaj, “Bottoms Up,” peaking at No. 6. He’s also three-time Grammy nominee.
