Real estate market still positive at start of 2017, with lots of new development

Although activity was slower in the local real estate market compared with the hot start of 2016, rents are still going up for office and industrial buildings this year and the pipeline of new development is flowing strong, according to data released Tuesday by the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin and Xceligent.
