121-year-old St. Paul home (with room for a rink) sells for $1 million (photos)

A historic home in the Crocus Hill neighborhood in St. Paul recently sold for $1.05 million, according to a state certificate of real estate value. The home, located at 825 Goodrich Ave., was built in 1896 and was designed by architect Louis Lockwood, though Realtor Marcy Wengler of Edina Realty, who represented the sellers, said the house may have actually been built in 1888.
