LA Galaxy superstar Jermaine Jones is used to scoring on the pitch, but his latest real estate listing is something closer to a slam-dunk—if he can sell it for his asking price.
Jones, 35, purchased this 6,718-square-foot mansion from actress Tori Spelling for $2.5 million in 2011. He’s now listed the Encino, CA, home for $4.5 million.
The house served as the backdrop for Spelling’s 2007 reality TV show, “Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood,” which she starred in alongside husband Dean McDermott. The show was on the air for six seasons.
Built in 2001, the gated home is located just a few blocks off Ventura Avenue. The six-bedroom, 7.5-bath Tuscan-style home sits on a half-acre lot.
The home features a two-story entryway with a cascading glass chandelier and sweeping staircase. The rest of the house is considerably more relaxed. The kitchen is anchored by a center island bookended by a built-in dog bed. The living room has a colorful mural covering one wall and french doors that open to a covered patio.

The sitting room has a swing for seating, and each bedroom features a distinct theme: One is beachy, with a swing set daybed, while others highlight dominant colors such as pink and blue.

The master bedroom has a fireplace and balcony. The master bath features a clear bubble chair hanging from the ceiling, and the walk-in closets have animal-print carpeting.

Jones and his wife, Sarah, told Sports Illustrated they looked at 150 houses before settling on Spelling’s former manse. They moved in with five kids and two French bulldogs.
Jones made an international splash in 2014, when he scored the tying goal for the U.S. against Portugal at the World Cup. Within months of that match, he had signed a $4.7 million contract with Major League Soccer, joining the New England Revolution. He was traded to the Colorado Rapids in 2016 and signed with the LA Galaxy in January.
