Home sales across metro Charlotte continued to trend upward in September despite lingering inventory woes, according to the latest sales activity report from the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association. The CRRA, which tracks sales data each month, said 3,839 residential properties sold last month, representing an increase of 3.2% over the previous year.
