We can always count on our users to uncover cool properties. Your clicks surface homes we’d never see otherwise. Case in point? This week’s most-clicked residence on realtor.com® isn’t really a house. Don’t get us wrong—you could live there quite comfortably. But there’s no way you could call this Oklahoma dwelling a traditional home.

It’s a shop. An industrial-size workspace/man cave with six roll-up doors that’s been converted into a two-bedroom living space. And while the exterior appears somewhat bland, the interiors truly shine. It’s full-on loft-style living with exposed ductwork, ceiling beams, and massive metal doors. We’ll call it a “shop-dominium.”

The listing agent for this property told us it went viral on social media, and she’s received universally positive responses.

Outside of Oklahoma, you clicked on a few familiar faces (the “Mrs. Doubtfire” home, the Missouri cave, and the massive fixer-upper in Texas) as well as newcomers (a historic Chicago home, a sports enthusiast’s dream home in Colorado, and an Akron house with an awesome home theater).

Let’s go to the rankings!

10. 2106 W Cortez St, Chicago, IL

Price: $2,349,000
Why it’s here: Built in 1900, this Windy City property has an array of options. Right now, it’s configured as a seven-bedroom home with two basement apartments. These apartments bring in $37,000 a year in rental income, according to the listing.

The eventual buyer could also do away with the whole landlord idea and convert the property back into a grand 11-bedroom mansion. Either way, the buyer will enjoy vintage features such as frescoes, stained glass, and pocket doors.

9. 2615 S 191st Cir, Omaha, NE

Price: $975,000
Why it’s here: Priced at nearly a million dollars, this listing exceeds by far the city’s median list price of $175,000. And while there are a handful of million-dollar homes in the city, we doubt any of the others have their own putting green, waterfall, and secret playroom.

5. 1500 Sackett Hills Dr, Akron, OH

Price: $685,000
Why it’s here: Listing agent Cassie LaRosa says this custom home designed by local developer Joel Testa has been a hit on social media. “Everyone is impressed by the features” of the four-bedroom residence, she says. The features include a home gym, heated garage, and rooms hidden behind bookcases. However, the true highlight is the home theater. LaRosa says Testa is a “movie fanatic” who designed the soundproof theater with a lobby area and an attached bathroom with a TV screen so viewers don’t miss a single minute of movie action.

1. Undisclosed address, Newcastle, OK

Price: $599,000
Why it’s here: We’re calling this cool Oklahoma property a “shop-dominium.” Listing agent Jill Baker calls the unique structure “a shop with living quarters.”

Now, all she needs is a buyer to make this shop their new home. And if not, the property is a seven-acre parcel perfect for constructing a “normal” home alongside the oh-so-sweet shop.

Sitting on 7 acres, this enormous shop building has been converted into a 2,000-square-foot, two-bedroom residence with modern conveniences. If you’d like to experience loft-style living in the middle of the Sooner State, this is the place. And thanks to its unique design, Baker says, the link to the property has spread all over social media. “It’s traveled all over the place,” she says. “I’ve received calls from all over the country about this property.”

While she hasn’t pinned down an offer yet, a buyer will have plenty of options. You could keep everything as is, enjoy the land and live in the shop, or build a new house on the existing slab and keep the shop as one heck of a man cave.
