South Florida home sales continue to swoon in September

Buyers had less of an appetite for homes in South Florida in September as closing of existing single-family homes and condos were both down, according to the Florida Realtors. That continues a downward trend this year, especially for the condo market, where sales have declined for 10 consecutive months. Sales of single-family homes fell 5 percent to 3,964.
