Perhaps actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler learned a thing or two about taking decisive action. All the years she spent as Meadow Soprano, the headstrong daughter on “The Sopranos,” have paid off in the case of making quick work on a home sale.

Once Sigler put her three-bedroom, three-bath Hollywood home on the market for $2,050,000, it was in escrow in under 10 days.

“She priced it aggressively because she wanted to get multiple offers quickly, and not have it sit around on the market for days and days,” said listing agent Cameron Christensen of Keller Williams. The strategy worked. Not only are the buyers eager to close on the 2,187-square foot home in the Hollywood Hills, they’re negotiating for some of the furnishings as well.

In 2012, Sigler purchased the 1936-built home for $1.6 million, and began updating it with warm yet modern finishes. The result is a turnkey property that’s short on views, but long on privacy, which is quite a commodity in the celebrity-studded environs above Sunset Boulevard.

In addition to privacy, some of the home’s other cool features include an open floor plan, a chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances, carrera marble countertops, a Wolf range, and a wine cooler; a pool, a spa, outdoor seating areas, and plenty of covered and uncovered parking, which is also a rarity in this neighborhood.

Since “The Sopranos” went dark once and for all, the 35-year-old actress has had recurring roles on TV series including “Entourage,” “Ugly Betty,” “Guys With Kids,” and “Baby Daddy.”

She’s married to baseball player Cutter Dykstra, son of Lenny Dykstra, and has one son. Just this year, she revealed that she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis when she was 20 years old. As for what’s up next for the actress, she stars in an upcoming Western called “Justice” and a high school comedy called “Loserville.”  Christensen said that although Sigler is selling this Hollywood home, she and her family intend to remain in the Los Angeles area.
