It was a familiar story for Central Ohio’s housing market in September, as sales notched a record high even as inventory of homes for sale dwindled. There were 2,869 sales of homes and condos during the month, according to a report by the Columbus Realtors, an 8 percent increase from September 2015 and the greatest volume on record for the month.
