Distressed properties shrink in 3Q to less than 7 percent of inventory

Distressed properties for sale are the lowest on record, another sign that Central Ohio's housing market has entered full recovery mode. According to new data from Columbus Realtors, distressed properties for sale in the third quarter decreased 42.1 percent to 414 compared with 715 in the same period a year ago.
