An Indianapolis-based pediatrics practice has taken the anchor space at a prominent mixed-use development in Jeffersonville. Hopebridge Pediatrics Specialists has signed a lease for about 13,000 square feet at Quartermaster Station on East 10th Street, said Brian Forrest, a partner and principal broker with Hoagland Commercial Realtors.
