Scott Servais, the manager of the Seattle Mariners, has new digs to enjoy. Property records show that Servais recently purchased a lakefront home in Renton, WA, for $2.9 million. The home was listed in August for $2.95 million.
Built in 2011 and located on Lake Washington, just outside of Seattle, the home comes with an 80-foot-long dock. Perhaps the skipper plans to take a speed boat to Safeco Field for home games? If he prefers to travel by car, the ballpark is a mere half-hour away.
The three-story, 3,700-square-foot home has three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The great room features a high ceiling and custom-built wine cellar. The open kitchen, dining space, and living room have amazing water views.
Outside, the deck comes with a custom grill and wine bar, as well as plenty of room for entertaining an MLB team.
Other features include a main-floor den, lower-level theater, and rec room outfitted with a Murphy bed, bar, and bathroom. The upper level houses the master suite with a private deck, two guest rooms, and a laundry room.
Before he managed teams, Servais caught for them. He knelt behind the dish for a number of teams over his 11-year big-league career.
After hanging up his mitt, the Wisconsin native worked in the front office for the Texas Rangers and Los Angeles Angels. He was hired by the Mariners before the 2016 season, and he’s since racked up a win-loss record of 253-233.
Servais made headlines this summer when he made good on a bet with his closer, Edwin Diaz. The manager promised the player he would get a matching hair cut when Diaz notched his 50th save, which seemed motivation enough. The Mariners posted a photo of the men’s matching hairdos on Twitter.
