Actor Samuel L. Jackson is hoping to land a buyer for his apartment on Manhattan‘s Upper East Side, according to Variety.
The luxury residence is a combination of three units, and it’s listed for $13 million. The “Pulp Fiction” star scored the posh pad in 2005 for $4.8 million, Variety notes.
Located in a prestigious apartment building dating to 1901, the 3,000-square-foot triple unit has four beds and four baths. For those keeping track at home, the home’s price is a hefty $4,333 per square foot. But we’re guessing potential buyers of these digs won’t be counting their pennies.

The layout features a dark-paneled kitchen with room for a breakfast area. Adjacent to the kitchen is a den with a built-in media center. The formal dining room features a wet bar and a glossy, black chandelier.
The main space includes a living area with seating and storage. The master suite comes with a walk-in closet and a white bath with a claw-foot tub.
The 13-story building features 68 units, an elevator, and a full-time door attendant.
The 69-year-old actor owns a home in Los Angeles with his wife, LaTanya Richardson. He’s set to appear in the new M. Night Shyamalan movie, “Glass.”
