The pace of home sales in the four-county Milwaukee metropolitan area continue to slow down, as sales dipped for the third consecutive month during October and in five of the last six months, according to the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors. In examining the four-county area, sales are down 5.7 percent when compared with October 2017, as numbers dipped from 1,802 sales to 1,700.
