Actress Patricia Clarkson has placed her Greenwich Village loft in the spotlight, offering the unit for $2.5 million, Variety reported.
Her place was last on the market in 2007, before she bought it for $1.55 million. So the “Sharp Objects” star could see a sharp profit should the place sell near ask.
The two-bedroom, two-bath abode boasts 12-foot-high ceilings, hardwood floors, exposed brick, and iron columns. The flexible living space is currently configured with two living areas, a large dining area, and an open kitchen with bar seating.

The open space, almost 50 feet by 20 feet, includes a wall of windows fitted with custom shutters, along with built-in floor-to-ceiling bookcases.
In the back of the home, you’ll find a guest room, space for an office, and laundry. There are also massive exposed wood beams, giant closets, and two full baths. The “exquisite” master bedroom comes with ample closet space, high ceilings, and French casement windows that overlook landscaped gardens.
The 20-unit building dates to 1900, but was converted to co-op lofts in 1978, and is serviced by a full-time superintendent. The location is convenient to Whole Foods, restaurants, cafes, shopping, and public transit.
The well-lit space is decorated with pops of brightly painted walls, chandelier light fixtures, an eclectic decor, and large abstract artwork. The star appears to be partial to the color orange.
The actress, who is 58, has appeared in numerous TV shows and movies, including “The Station Agent,” “The Green Mile,” and “Easy A.” She received two Emmys for her recurring role in the series “Six Feet Under.” She can currently be seen scheming in season six of the Netflix show “House of Cards.”
