WNBA star Candace Parker and her estranged husband, former NBA forward Shelden Williams, are still trying to score a sale on their home in Encino, CA. The couple listed it for $4.49 million in July, let it rest on the bench a spell, then put it back on the market in early November at the slightly reduced price of $4.39 million. The couple paid $3.56 million for it in 2013.

Located in the coveted area south of Ventura Boulevard, the estate includes a 7,058-square-foot home on a 1.3-acre lot. The couple’s only child, 8-year-old Lailaa Nicole, had her pick of the home’s seven bedrooms, with the exception of the master suite.

The master suite features a fireplace, sitting room, generous bathroom with yet another fireplace, large walk-in closet, and french doors leading to a balcony.

There are six full baths and three half-baths. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances, and there’s an attached breakfast nook and family room.

In addition, there’s a home theater where we’re guessing a lot of game footage has been watched, and a huge great room with a view and another fireplace. There are four fireplaces in total.

Although the Mediterranean-style home was originally built in 1964, it has been completely remodeled with crown molding, numerous built-ins, travertine marble floors, and a state-of the-art sound system.

Parker has one of the WNBA’s most illustrious careers. In college she played for the University of Tennessee Lady Vols, where she led the team to two NCAA women’s titles, and then was the first overall pick in the 2008 WNBA draft. She’s been playing with the Los Angeles Sparks ever since, and also played for the U.S. on the 2008 and 20012 Olympics teams. In the WNBA off-season, she’s competed in leagues in Russia, China, and Turkey.

Williams last played for team Tianjin Ronggang in China from 2013 to 2015. Before that he was a star college player at Duke, was drafted by the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks, and played for five other NBA squads during his time in the league.

Williams and Parker were married in 2008. In 2016, Williams filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences” and requesting spousal support.
