Miami Heat guard Dion Waiters is settling in. The prolific shooter has plunked down a whopping $7.4 million for a contemporary home in Pinecrest, FL, the Real Deal reported.
The property, which was listed for $7.6 million, set a record for priciest home sale in Pinecrest.
Waiters celebrated the inking of his summertime deal with the Heat—for four years and $52 million—with some South Florida house hunting. And we have to say, his new place is a total score.
Built as a spec house, the massive nine-bedroom, 12-bath property measures a whopping 17,700 square feet, and it sits on 2 lush acres. The eye-popping property was featured on the CBS show “Living Large.”
Listing agent Marianna Dubinsky calls it “a masterwork of contemporary style and luxury.” The kitchen is a “chef’s dream come true,” she adds, pointing to the three islands with two full sinks and high-end appliances.

The listing notes that the space offers an upscale South Florida lifestyle of “privacy, resort ambiance, car-aficionado’s paradise, and an entertainer’s dream.”
The home features high ceilings, three master suites, indoor and outdoor kitchens, an infinity pool, and hot tub.
The shooting guard had played college ball at Syracuse University and got his professional start with the Cleveland Cavaliers, playing with the Cavs from 2012–15. He joined the Oklahoma City Thunder for a season and a half before being picked up by the Heat in 2016.
