The rapper Flo Rida, famed for his hit single “My House,” has snapped up a slammin’ crib to rhyme about. And given his chosen rap name, it’s no shocker where he settled.
The Florida native recently purchased his producer’s remodeled home in Hialeah, FL, according to the Miami Herald. So let’s pop a few bottles and take a look around the hit-maker’s winning real estate.
The 7,199-square-foot, five-bedroom, five-bath spread bears no resemblance to the original structure built in 1988. Flo’s producer, Elric “E-Class” Prince, bought the place as a tear-down in 2012 for $520,000, then took construction to the next level.

The contemporary result is a perfect party pad, with provocative wall art, rooms equipped with tablet to control AC, light, music, and shades. There’s also an indoor spa.

The open layout includes a modern kitchen, formal dining room, and game room. Outside, there’s lush landscaping with soaring palms, a pool, and patio. Julie Sidorevskaya of Julie’s Realty was the listing agent.
Perhaps Flo will be inspired to record a remix of “My House” from this very house.
