Mixed martial artist Jon Jones is ready to knock out his home in Ithaca, NY. According to the Ithaca Journal, the light heavyweight known as “Bones,” has listed the house for $750,000.
The four-bedroom, 4,406-square foot home features Brazilian cherry floors, a grand entryway with balcony, and an open floor plan. Although Jones took all the cool workout equipment with him to New Mexico, where he is now training, the basement is finished with rubber flooring and ceiling supports for punching bags.
Listing agent Jen Curley with Warren Real Estate says the property is “gorgeous” and features its own backyard gorge with cascading waterfalls. The champ bought the property in 2011 for $675,000.

Jones, who grew up in Rochester, NY, is widely regarded as one of the greatest mixed martial arts fighters in history. He’s a two-time former light heavyweight champion of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
However, he’s been embroiled in controversy as of late. In April 2015, he was stripped of his title following an arrest on hit-and-run charges. He was reinstated a few months later, but pulled from all UFC rankings last July after testing positive for banned substances three days before a scheduled title bout with Daniel Cormier.
