It looks like romance has rekindled between Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, who have three children together. Although they broke up in July 2015, People magazine recently confirmed that the two have been living together again, at least since November.
Whether the couple can make it work for the long term is still up for debate, but Disick has become more serious about selling his Hidden Hills, CA, home. The 8,110-square-foot, Cape Cod–style home is nearby Kardashian’s house. Disick cut the price on his pad by nearly a million, to $7,888,000. It was listed for $8,800,000 in June.
Disick paid $5,960,000 for the newly renovated seven-bedroom “dad pad” in December 2015. The family-friendly home has a children’s wing, a game room, a state-of-the-art home theater, a pool with water features and spa, and a basketball court. There are also more grown-up amenities, including a wine cellar, Crestron home automation, a hotel-inspired master suite with fireplace, and a kitchen with double islands.

We’re curious about the home’s multimillion-dollar appreciation in less than a year. Perhaps he didn’t put much wear and tear on the fancy house, and perhaps he added some electronic bells and whistles, like the 4K TVs in every room and a closed-circuit camera system for keeping an eye on the kiddos.

And perhaps all the 8’s in the price tag are a ploy to attract a Chinese buyer. The number is believed to bring good luck in certain cultures. As for luck, we wish the 33-year-old Kardashian-ex godspeed with his future family endeavors.
