The number of single-family homes sold on Kauai in November nearly doubled from the previous year, while prices increased by about 2 percent, according to statistics provided by Hawaii Information Service on behalf of the Kauai Board of Realtors. There were a total of 61 single-family homes sold on the Garden Isle last month, which was 96.8 percent more than the 31 houses that sold in November 2015.
