In this week’s ground-breaking, earth-shattering, read-it-or-be-square Kylie Jenner real estate news: KyKy is renting a fabulous place in Miami with her boyfriend, rapper Tyga, and a gaggle of their BFFs! It’s an eye-widening $8,000 per night. And she even used Airbnb—just like us!
Jenner, 19, booked three days in the $12 million villa to serve as their crash pad between jaunts to Art Basel, the contemporary art fair and lavish social event that draws the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Venus Williams, and Madonna. But we’re guessing those gallery exhibits and even the parties paled in comparison to kicking back at home. Located on Hibiscus Island, an enclave of exclusive residential properties, the place boasts a heated infinity-edge lap pool (where she indulged in several bikini-clad Instagram selfies, of course).
This 6,700-square-foot home also offers breathtaking views of the Miami skyline. It has a built-in bar, movie theater, gym, and outdoor kitchen.

Never one to shy away from oversharing, Kylie took to Snapchat to show off one of her favorite amenities of the house: an elevator. The video shows her taking a ride in a red dress and a pair of strappy heels before heading out to party. Because in heels like that, even one set of stairs is just too much to handle. Especially when you party as hard as Kylie!

And just think—since the place is open to anyone who can afford eight grand a night, Kylie fans who want to follow in her stiletto steps can go ahead and rent the place themselves. In the past week, this home’s Airbnb listing has garnered nearly 1,000 views. Call it the Kylie effect. (Please.) Here’s hoping her crew left the place in decent shape for the rest of us.
