The Mark Twain Tower office building at 106 W. 11th St. is slated to become The Continental, a 154-unit apartment building. HH KC Mark Twain LLP, a partnership created by Delray Beach, Fla.-based Hudson Holdings LLC, closed on the historic building in March and plans to spend more than $50 million on the apartment conversion, said Greg Banta, a principal with the partnership.
