Actress and entrepreneur Jessica Alba, 35, has found a renter for her gated house in Beverly Hills, CA, which was on the market for $12,000 per month. The lease transaction appears to have been a family affair. Alba’s father, Mark Alba, served as the listing agent.
The furnished two-bedroom, 3.5-bath home was built in 1980 and features dark wood floors, updated chef’s kitchen, and a “bottom floor” with a flat-screen TV, pool table, and bar, according to Alba Realty.
There’s a living room with vaulted ceiling, and a third-level bonus room that could function as a third bedroom. The house sits on a quarter-acre lot and offers striking city views.

Alba co-founded The Honest Company in 2012, a nontoxic consumer goods business which is now valued at over $1 billion. She’s appeared in the films “Sin City” and “Fantastic Four.” Her breakout role came in 2000, when director James Cameron picked her from a pool of 1,200 actresses to play the starring role in the Fox sci-fi series “Dark Angel.”
