Mark Emmert, National Collegiate Athletic Association president, is ready to hand off his Sonoma home. The wine country estate recently landed on the market for $3.2 million. The property was purchased in 2015 for $2,335,000, according to property records.

If Emmert and his wife, DeLaine Emmert, sell for anywhere close to the ask, they’ll pocket a nifty profit from the transaction.

The luxury build, located in the posh Armstrong Estates development, is in walking distance of the restaurants and shops of historic Sonoma Plaza. According to the listing description, the Craftsman has been “impeccably built and incredibly maintained.”
