Data from Florida Realtors and the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale broke down single-family home sales in the third quarter by ZIP code. For the entire tri-county area, the median sales price increased 4.4 percent to $355,000, compared to the same quarter a year ago. Sales volume jumped 6.7 percent.
