Actress Patricia Clarkson has placed her Greenwich Village loft in the spotlight, offering the unit for $2.5 million, Variety reported.
Her place was last on the market in 2007, before she bought it for $1.55 million. So the “Sharp Objects” star could see a sharp profit should the place sell near ask.
The two-bedroom, two-bath abode boasts 12-foot-high ceilings, hardwood floors, exposed brick, and iron columns. The flexible living space is currently configured with two living areas, a large dining area, and an open kitchen with bar seating.
