Tinder co-founder Sean Rad has found that breaking up isn’t that hard to do, especially when you’ve already sealed the deal on your next option.

Rad, who co-founded the dating app on which users swipe their device to express interest in possible matches, has put his Los Angeles mansion on the market. The listing comes months after he paid $25 million for a larger mansion—previously owned by Comedy Store founder Mitzi Shore—just up the street.

The four-bedroom, 5,085-square-foot home he’s listed is a privacy lover’s dream, because it’s completely hidden by tall ficus trees and hedges.

The traditionally styled home, which was built in 1939, has been fully renovated. The result is “modern design meets classic style,” according to the listing.

The exterior is covered in ivy, but inside you’ll find gleaming white walls and ceilings, anchored by wood floors. It’s ideal for anyone who likes their home to be light, bright, and clutter-free.

High-end finishes have been added, but classic features, like diamond-paned bay windows, remain.

The kitchen has a massive dining/utility/storage island and a breakfast nook. It also has French doors, which open to the pool and lush lawn.

The master suite has a sleeping porch, which is currently configured as an office. The master bath and walk-in closet are both exquisitely designed with chandeliers, marble finishes, and elaborate mirrors.
