Paul George Looks to Dish His Waterfront Indiana Mansion to a New Owner

NBA All-Star Paul George is looking to dish his Indianapolis home to a new owner. The waterfront estate is on the market for $2.1 million.

George, a forward who was traded from the Indiana Pacers to the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2017, had purchased the place for $2.05 million in 2013.

The 12,605-square-foot mansion sits on a half-acre and comes with a private dock. It has five beds and 7.5 baths.

Enter through a two-story foyer, and you’ll see a great room with a 23-foot ceiling and walls of glass. The layout also includes multiple fireplaces, a wine cellar, and an elevator. Lake views can be seen from almost every room.

The walk-out lower level features an indoor koi pond and a custom aquarium, both of which were built and featured on the show “Tanked.” The crew from the reality TV show set George up with a koi pond complete with a fountain and lights, and stocked his two fish tanks. Also on the lower level are a billiard table, bar and kitchen, and home theater. Elsewhere there’s a lap pool, gym, sauna, and hot tub. Outside there’s a large patio steps from the private dock. 

George, a California native, made his NBA debut with the Pacers in 2010. The 28-year-old is a five-time All Star and won gold with the U.S. men’s basketball team at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
