Home sellers continued to benefit, but buyers held back in June as the inventory of homes for sale fell short of demand in the Twin Cities. The Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors June report on the housing market said that the median price of homes sold reached $271,900 as the number of closed sales fell by 8.1 percent from a year ago.
