One of the most recognizable landmarks in Metairie, LA—a three-bedroom, 2-bath shrine to Louisiana State University—is now up for sale, after its owner was shot dead during an argument with his next-door neighbor.

The modest 2,400-square-foot house is located on Bonnabel Boulevard—a major thoroughfare in Metairie—and is known locally as the “LSU house,” because of the gold-and-purple lawn ornaments, LSU flags, cartoon cutouts of Mike the Tiger, and brightly painted lion statues that once graced the front yard.

The late “Big Lee” Martin once told reporters he spent more than 20 years amassing a private collection of Louisiana State University memorabilia, which he packed into his house and displayed at his business, Big Lee’s Towing Company. That includes his custom LSU pool table, and his purple-and-gold casket, which was used in his funeral service in mid-May.

After his death, Martin’s family decided to put the entire house, including its contents, on the market for $350,000. They’re hoping a fellow LSU superfan will step in and keep the landmark alive, rather than selling off the memorabilia and repainting its exterior.

Inside, the home’s foyer is festooned in LSU purple and gold, with flags, a football helmet cutout, framed championship sports pages from The Times-Picayune, pennants, and photos of the school’s mascot, Mike the Tiger.

Just off the entrance was Martin’s office, which included—among the pile of memorabilia you’d expect—a purple-and-gold LSU office chair and framed posters of Marilyn Monroe.

Martin seemed to like Monroe: She also appears on the walls of his living room and dining room, alongside photos of Donald Trump, Frank Sinatra, and a life-sized cardboard cutout of John Wayne.

The listing photos suggest Martin was a diehard Republican—there’s a “Trump 2016” sign attached to the front of his house, and large posters from the political campaigns of former Louisiana governor and onetime presidential candidate, Bobby Jindal, lieutenant governor Billy Nungesser, Louisiana state senator Danny Martiny, and failed sheriff’s candidate John Fortunato.

Elsewhere, the house has a screened-in patio, bar, and hot tub.

In early May, Martin and his next-door neighbor, Wayne Higgins, 78, got into an argument that escalated when Martin apparently sprayed Higgins with a garden hose, police say. Higgins, who was licensed to carry a concealed firearm, allegedly shot Martin once in the chest, walked back inside his house and waited for police to arrive and arrest him.
