Nearly nine of every 10 homes in the Milwaukee area sell within 60 days of being listed

According to a recent report from the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors, 85 percent of homes in the metropolitan market are selling within 60 days, starting from the moment the home hits the market to the closing process. The biggest chunk of homes being sold in that short amount of time are priced under $300,000.
