June was a hot month for Houston’s luxury home market. After months of flat and sluggish sales, the segment of homes priced at and above $750,000 recorded an 18 percent year-over-year increase. Helping those numbers was the sale of 920 Kirby Drive, listed by Clayton Katz of John Daugherty Realtors, according to data supplied by the Houston Association of Realtors.
