A 61-unit apartment complex in Monroe has been sold for $1.2 million. Located at Castle Road and Riverview Lane, the apartments were bought by the Coroneos family of Charlotte. The seller was EverBank, and the deal closed on Dec. 31, according to Union County tax records.
