Here are the most expensive Jefferson County homes sold in January

It seems to be a good time to be selling a home. We reported last week that Kentucky set a record for total home sales last year, with 52,123 homes sold in 2016 — up 8 percent from the year before. The median home price in 2016 rose 2.5 percent from 2015 to $122,125, according to the Kentucky Association of Realtors. By that measure, the homes in the attached slideshow are well above the norm.
