Former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda Hadid has listed her luxury condo in Los Angeles for $5 million. Besides her spin on the reality TV wheel of fame, the former model is perhaps best known for her children—Bella, Gigi, and Anwar—who have gone on to become stars.
She’s also known for her love of lemons, which she often picked from the backyard of the Malibu home she used to share with ex-husband David Foster.
Hadid picked up the three-bedroom, 3.5-bath apartment in 2015 for $4.59 million and promptly set about remodeling nearly every square foot of it, according to the listing. It’s located inside the 24-story Carlyle Residences building, which is a short walk to the historic Westwood Village shopping district.

The nearly 4,000-square-foot unit was built in 2010 and has a direct entrance from the foyer with private elevator. It features a sleek, modern design, with 11-foot tray ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and a balcony with views of the Westwood neighborhood and the Pacific Ocean.

Elsewhere, there’s a second-floor suite that could be used as a private office or staff quarters, the listing says. The building is fully staffed and includes a valet, concierge, pool, gym, and wine storage. Those amenities don’t come cheap: Whoever buys Hadid’s apartment will need to pony up $3,865 each month in homeowners association fees.
Hadid, 53, bought the unit after her divorce from Foster in 2015. Hadid was previously married to real estate developer Mohamed Hadid, father to their good-looking offspring.
Her book, “Believe Me: My Battle With the Invisible Disability of Lyme Disease,” is set to hit bookstores in September.
