Wisconsin’s home sales hit the second-highest July total since 2005, falling short only to a higher mark set in July 2015, according to the Wisconsin Realtors Association. Realtors blamed a lack of houses listed for sale for the decline from last year. The inventory of houses for sale was down almost 15 percent from last year in July.
