Dayton area home sales continued to improve in July, though with fewer total sales and at a somewhat slower pace than the record breaking June sales, according to the Dayton Area Board of Realtors. July’s average sales price was $156,968, up 5.7 percent from the same month last year. The median price was $132,000, up 1 percent from last year, the trade group said in a report released Wednesday.
