An online brokerage is expanding rapidly in Houston. Bellingham, Washington-based eXp Realty International Corp. (OTC: EXPI) launched its Texas operations in late 2015 and is quickly growing across the Lone Star State. The company now has 351 real estate agents across Texas — mostly in Austin, Dallas and San Antonio. The brokerage, which was founded in 2009 and went public in 2013, is now taking on Houston, said George Huntoon.
