The holiday season is cheery and bright for actress Anne Hathaway, who along with husband Adam Shulman is spending festive times in a home she purchased in Westport, CTPage Six first reported the couple strolling around, picking up Thanksgiving supplies in the area.

The 35-year-old actress looks like she scored a real estate deal. Known as Compo Bello, the Colonial charmer she purchased went on the market in March 2016 for $3.27 million. The were a couple of price cuts, before Hathaway picked it up for $2.79 million late last year.

Hathaway, who owns homes in both L.A. and Manhattan’s Upper West Side, according to Variety, was likely looking for an East Coast country house ideal for events like a Thanksgiving dinner. And this cozy place would do the trick.

The vibe is “European beach sophistication meets beach cottage chic,” according to the listing description, which notes that the seaside oasis is steps from Compo Beach and a golf and beach club.

Built in 1920, the 4,100-square-foot property sits on an acre lot and features a long cobblestone driveway. It has been renovated throughout. The oversize kitchen includes a banquette and breakfast nook. Architectural details include new hardwood flooring and coffered ceilings.

The family room features french doors that open to pergola terraces, English gardens, a heated pool, and outdoor kitchen with Viking appliances.

There’s also a formal dining room and living room, along with five bedrooms and six baths. The master suite opens to a roof deck.

In addition to the main house, there’s a “party barn/cabana.” The 1920s-era pool house has a loft, skylight, cathedral ceiling, and wood beams. Should the “Les Miserables” star want to throw a block party, she could invite her celeb neighbors, including Kevin Bacon, Diana Ross, and Regis Philbin.

The talented movie star may not have too much time to enjoy her new purchase. The Oscar winner is currently working on multiple projects in various stages of production, including “Ocean’s Eight,” a female-led remake of the “Ocean’s” heist series.
