We can’t shake it off. Pop star Taylor Swift has so many lovely homes! The megastar makes headlines for her bestie squad, her tangled love life, her chart-topping songs, and her real estate. With an estimated $280 million net worth, she has cash to throw at luxury homes and hasn’t been shy about opening her pocketbook.

And by the way, the 27-year-old doesn’t just sit home alone in her rock star mansions. She recently made news by inviting 500 of her superfans to her posh pads for a sneak preview of her newest album, “Reputation,” which comes out this week.

Now, how about a sneak peek at her real estate acquisitions? Let’s take a tour of some of Swift’s properties, including her latest digs.

The hit-maker reportedly purchased a Tribeca townhouse in lower Manhattan for a cool $18 million at the end of October. The purchase was made through a limited liability company with a Nashville address linked to Swift.

A recent top-to-bottom renovation by architect/designer Leopoldo Rosati features four bedrooms and 4.5 baths, including a guest suite with separate entrance and a full-floor master suite. Along with a great room with fireplace and high-end kitchen, the home boasts Italian cabinetry, a theater, gym, bar, and terrace.

Nearby the townhouse is the penthouse Swift bought from Oscar-winning filmmaker Peter Jackson in 2014 for a reported $20 million. The seven-bedroom, 5.5-bath apartment includes two side-by-side lofts that were never combined. Swift supposedly planned to place her security team in one while she occupied the other.

While the interiors may have changed since the listing expired, the description noted 12-foot-high beamed ceilings, wide-plank floors, exposed brick walls, fireplaces, and oversize windows.

As of last summer, Swift had decamped to a West Village townhouse rental while work was being done on her penthouse. The four-story, $40,000 a month property has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, an indoor pool, two-story patio, and private garage. Built originally as a carriage house in 1912, the 21-foot-wide townhouse has been transformed into a modern home. With its famous tenant gone, it’s now on the market for just under $20 million.

The real estate maven isn’t focused only on NYC. She also has her eye on the West Coast. In fact, she recently claimed victory in her quest to have her historic Beverly Hills property declared a landmark.

Built in 1934 and once the home of Hollywood titan Samuel Goldwyn, the spread has a storied past. Swift has embarked on rehabilitating the estate she bought for $25 million in 2015. Original features include the tennis court, pool, curved patio sitting area, and stepped terraces.

Before she went for the massive multimillion dollar SoCal estate, Swift bought an East Coast–style home for a little under $4 million in 2011. The cute-as-a-button dwelling even comes with a white picket fence.

Up the coast, Swift also opened up her Malibu mansion to Vogue magazine, allowing all of us to see the magazine cover star’s crazy-patterned wallpaper, open kitchen shelving, and numerous cats and guitars throughout the place.

The singer reportedly shelled out $17.75 million in 2013 for an oceanfront mansion in this celeb-studded town. The location has become famous for her annual Fourth of July bash for her squad. This year, Blake Lively and Ed Sheeran were both guests. The 12,000-square-foot beach house is located on a prime 5.25-acre lot and comes with 700 feet of private beachfront.

Nashville penthouse

Of course, you can take the woman out of Nashville, TN, but you can’t stop her from buying real estate there.

Swift reportedly plunked down almost $2 million for a midtown penthouse in 2009, which she says she decorated herself. At over 4,000 square feet, that would be a lot of decorating derring-do.

In fact, New York magazine got a look and described it as “whimsically girlie, dreamy, appointed in a style you might call Shabby-Chic ‘Alice in Wonderland.'” She wasn’t done in the country music capital—she also purchased a Greek Revival–style home in a Nashville suburb for $2.5 million in 2011.
