“The Good Wife” star Josh Charles has purchased a condo in NYC for $6.3 million. Fans of the popular TV series were devastated when, in a dramatic plot twist, his character, Will Gardner, was killed off in the show. In real life, he’s alive and buying expensive downtown real estate.

The “bright and spacious” home features an oversize living room overlooking the markets of University Place. A chef’s kitchen includes custom cabinetry, marble counters, and high-end appliances, and opens to a formal dining room.

A bedroom wing features the master suite with en suite bath and ample closet space. The home also has two more bedrooms and three more baths.

The condo is located in a prewar 15-story building in Greenwich Village. Building amenities include white-glove service, a live-in super, 24/7 doorman, English courtyard garden, gym, children’s playroom, individual storage units, a bike room, cold storage, and rooftop terrace.

Charles’ neighbors in the high-end building include fellow thespian Alec Baldwin. The “30 Rock” star, who has been making cameos as President Donald Trump on “Saturday Night Live,” just bought his third condo in the building, according to Mansion Global.

Charles recently appeared in the TV miniseries “Law and Order True Crime.” One of his first acting roles was alongside Ethan Hawke and Robin Williams in “Dead Poets Society.”
