Realtor.com released its National Housing Forecast on Wednesday and it's looking fairly sunny for Albuquerque. The Duke City was among the top 100 largest U.S. metros ranked by 2018 projected sales and price growth. Albuquerque was No. 35 with 2.92 percent projected sales growth and 3.71 percent price growth.
